Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping to the United States

We ship all orders directly from our workshop in Ukraine.

• Shipping Method: International Airmail (tracked).

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery to the United States is 10–21 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that all delivery costs are determined based on the destination and the weight/dimensions of your package.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can track your package's journey from Ukraine to your doorstep using the link provided in the email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Premium Embroidery Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We ship to most addresses in the United States. If you have any concerns regarding your specific location, please contact us before placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you have not received your package within 25 business days, please contact us immediately at khmeletskaya@gmail.com. We are here to help and will work with the carrier to resolve any issues.
